Accreditation For EG211 and EG221 (For Student ID No. 61 onwards)

ACCREDITATION FOR EG211 AND EG221
The Department of English and Linguistics, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Thammasat University has announced the accreditation criteria for EG211 Listening – Speaking and EG221 Critical Reading as the attachment.
The BBA International Program would like to inform you regarding the accreditation criteria for EG211 and EG221 as follows:

1.            Students who would like to get accredited for EG211 and EG221 must do the following procedures:
1.1             Students can fill in petition form to request accreditation through the Google Form
Link: https://forms.gle/KCNtPHRiQgmr5Zke8 The form is only accessible via @tbs.tu.ac.th email accounts only.
1.2              The documents used for requesting accreditation is the following:
            1.2.1 Current transcript that indicates that the student has studied and passed, or has been accredited from TU105 Communication Skills 
            1.2.2 Copy of English proficiency test score that clearly indicates scores and results. Student must sign to certified true copy.
1.3              The BBA program will verify and check the documents submitted by the students. If the documents are incorrect or have any problems, the program will contact the students.
Note: The scores must be valid and they must be taken within 2 years as of the filing date.
2.            There are 3 filing periods in one academic year.  The details regarding the filing periods and the semester that the students will get accredited are as follows:

Note:     Should the students not submit the petition request for exemption on EG subjects within stipulated time period in the aforementioned round of submission, the petition will not be considered in any circumstances.      
3.            The BBA International Program will forward all documents to the Faculty of Liberal Arts for approval and record the accreditation result.  Please check the accreditation status at the end of the semester that you request for accreditation.  If the result is not recorded in your academic records, please contact the BBA Office.
          This new requirement is effective from December 1, 2019 onwards.  Special round of submission from December 1, 2019 to January 15, 2020 and the result of exemption for the special round will appear in the second semester of academic year 2019 only.  After that, the submission will be following the submission date as per the stated date in the table. This rule is applied to students with ID number starting with 61.
