Academically, BBA International is an epitome in supporting “learning outside the classroom”. BBA Short Lecture series was organized to help students discover themselves while helping them master in what they are interested in. As a part of BBA Case Team, I was fortunate to participate in certain international case competitions organized both domestically and internationally. My participation in all these events have paved myself a great foundation of structural problem-solving skills and understand how business theory could be put into pragmatic use.
On top of that, BBA International program also teaches their students to have fun through socially beneficial activities that are solely run by students; for instance, BBA Charity Concert, BBA Camp and Thammasat Undergraduate Business Challenge. All these activities were where I have tried multiple roles, ranging from public relation, master of ceremony or even an excursion tour guide. Consequently, I not only discovered my true area of interest, but also where I developed fruitful skills that I could practically utilize them on the actual business settings.
To sum up, what makes up my key to unlock the career success to land on a job at YouTube (Google Singapore office) is knowing what I’m interested in, continue developing them so they become my strengths and eventually leverage on them to prosper in any unit of your best fit. There is no one recipe that works for all. Just remember that the secret of your future is hidden in your daily routine.
